He initially worked for Bangkok Attorney (an international law office), and then joined the legal & tax firms i.e. PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte respectively. At Deloitte, he was a Legal Director who led, managed and developed the legal team/services of the firm.

Nugool Khongrod received a bachelor degree of law from Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. He also pursued his MBA from Strayer University, Washington D.C., USA

Mr. Chackarin Umpote is the Partner of Asian Legal and Tax Strategies Limited. He handles both legal and tax related works.  He has practiced laws in the following areas

Before joining ALT, he was Legal and Tax Director at Bolliger & Company Consulting Ltd (formally Bryan Cave Thailand).,Chief legal counselor at UBE Group Thailand, a lawyer at Deloitte Touche Thomatsu, Bangkok Office and a legal officer at Siam Cement Group.

Mr. Takemura is our advisor in the field of business development, particularly for Japanese business. After finishing master’s degree in industrial chemistry at Meiji University, Japan and overseas research program, in Mulhouse France and in Boston Massachusetts USA, he has been serving in various private industries in Japan, USA and Thailand. During his 40 years of services, he is familiar with Quality Control (ISO, GMP, etc), Production Control, R&D, Technology & Know-how Evaluation, M&A, Marketing, Sales and H.R management.
